Dial-A-Ride
Adapt (North East) currently operates several Dial-A-Ride schemes throughout Northumberland.
How It Works
Adapt (North East) members can use the door to door Dial-A-Ride service for journeys such as shopping trips, hospital appointments, attending doctor/dentist or simply visiting friends.

Pick up from Bellingham 9:30 a.m./ Drop off at Kielder 10:00 a.m. (requested stops only)
Pick up from Kielder 10:00 a.m. / Drop off at Bellingham 11:00 a.m. (requested stops only)
Return from Bellingham 1:45 p.m. / Drop off at Kielder at 2:45 p.m.
via Kielder Campsite, Kielder, Butteryhaugh, Leaplish, Tower Knowe, Falstone, Lane Head, Greenhaugh.
TUESDAY
Blanchland - Hexham
Pick up from Blanchland 10:00 a.m./ Drop off at Hexham 11:00 a.m.
Return from Hexham 1:30 a.m. / Drop off at Blanchland 2:30 p.m.
Via Colpitts, Slayley, Dyehouse and Ordley.
Prudhoe - Hexham
Pick up at West Wylam 10:15am/ Drop off at Hexham 11:35am
Return from Hexham 1:00pm / Drop off at West Wylam 2:20pm

All seats on the Dial A Ride should be pre-booked at the latest by noon the day before and are open to anyone who is rurally isolated which is defined by the lack of public transport.
